We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural teamUX/UI DesignWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile applications.Experience in the field of mobile applications is a plusEnsure consistency in design elements and maintain design systems and style guides.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, SketchStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with design systems and component libraries."Conditions:Modality: FULLREMOTE.Schedule: Flexible, Intensive workday on Fridays.Fluent English / Spanish (C1)Want to know more?
