We are looking for a Senior Web & Mobile UX/UI Designer to lead the design of high-quality, user-centric web and mobile experiences in an international environment.

This role requires a strong mix of design expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, working closely with product, business, and development teams to deliver intuitive and scalable digital solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of web and mobile user interfaces and experiences
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear UX flows, wireframes, and UI designs
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams in Agile environments (JIRA)
  • Apply and promote UX/UI best practices, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve user experience
  • Act as a design reference within the team, contributing with ideas, guidance, and innovation
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with focus on web and mobile
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma
  • Experience working with JIRA in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Deep knowledge of UX/UI design principles and interaction design
  • High level of creativity, innovation, and visual sensitivity
  • Strong analytical skills and user-centered mindset
  • Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Language Skills
  • French – B2 level (mandatory)
  • English – B2 level (mandatory)

Hybrid work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
