Tangível is hiring Senior UX Designers to work in high-scale, complex digital product environments with international impact .

We're looking for professionals with strong UX foundations, maturity in decision-making, and comfort working in demanding, enterprise-level contexts.

This is a senior role with real responsibility and influence.

What you'll do
Conduct user research and translate insights into solid design decisions
Design user journeys, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders
Actively contribute in Agile / Scrum environments
Communicate design rationale clearly through storytelling and presentations
Ensure consistency, quality, and usability across large-scale products

What we're looking for (must-have)
5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
Proven experience in complex product or corporate environments
Strong ability to explain and defend design decisions
High attention to detail, from research to specifications
Advanced / fluent English (spoken and written)
Availability for a hybrid model (3 days / week on-site)
Updated portfolio showing process, reasoning, and impact (not just UI)

Nice to have
Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch
Background in desktop software design
Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking
Ability to work across multiple teams and initiatives
Solid experience working in Scrum / Agile teams
