Role and Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer, you will:
Work on client projects, creating user experiences and visual designs.
Solve UX problems and explain solutions.
Create sitemaps, user flows, personas, and journey maps.
Develop wireframes and prototypes for websites and products.
Contribute to our website redesign.
Push the boundaries of our products, balancing user and business needs.
Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.
Design interface mockups for various devices.
Create design style guides for developers.
Demonstrate creativity in producing visual design assets.
Conceptualize ideas and create briefs for digital experiences.
Deliver and receive feedback effectively.
Establish design guidelines and best practices for usability.
Support other team members.

Requirements

Education & Experience
Can do attitude and dedication.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Strong understanding of human behavior and user-centered design principles.
Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
Experience with design tools: Adobe CC, InVision, Figma, Photoshop.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines and budgets.
Solid portfolio showing wireframes and visual designs for multiple devices.
Ability to work and deliver professional results without DIRECT use of AI.
Valid passport and bank account.

Technical and AI Skills
Experience with AI tools, able to formulate effective prompts, complete advanced tasks quickly, and use both free and commercial AI creatively.
Ability to produce high-quality work without relying on AI when necessary.

Work Ethic & Location
Proactive and hardworking attitude with a passion for hands-on tasks.
Valid passport and access to a standard or Wise bank account.
Must reside in safe regions of Asia, Europe, or the Americas.
Location-based remuneration.
Social media management will be an asset!
