ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • As a UX Researcher and / or Service Designer , you will :
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze user experience research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Identify and map user needs, frustrations, and behaviors through interviews, usability testing, surveys, data analysis, and other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to transform research insights into practical and innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain personas, user journeys, and experience maps to inform product design.
  • Apply data collection and analysis methods to validate hypotheses and optimize the user experience.
  • Communicate research findings clearly and objectively through reports, presentations, and workshops.
  • Keep up with trends and best practices in UX Research to continuously improve research processes.
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in UX Research, UX Design, Product Design, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability tests, focus groups) and quantitative methodologies (e.g., surveys, metrics analysis, A / B testing).
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with research and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Lookback, Maze, among others.
  • Experience in creating personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.
  • Good communication and ability to present findings to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and multidisciplinarily.
  • Experience with digital accessibility and inclusive design is desirable.
  • Degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Technology, or related fields.
  • Differentials
  • Experience with experimentation and A / B testing.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, and Notion.
  • Experience with ethnographic research methods or user behavior analysis.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in UX Research, Design Thinking, Digital Anthropology, or related areas.
