Role: Freelance Creative Web Designer

Location: Brazil (Remote)

Language: Native-level or Fluent English (Mandatory)

Compensation: Up to €100/day

Duration: 2 weeks minimum (High potential for extension)

The Mission

We are in the lookout for a web designer that tells visual stories with their work.

Someone who thinks in motion. You should be obsessed with how a page feels as you scroll, how elements transition, and how micro-interactions can turn a static page into a premium journey. If your portfolio is full of "image-left, text-right" layouts, this isn't the role for you. We want bold, interactive and polished work.

• What you’ll do
• Design high-fidelity, interactive web experiences in Figma.
• Concept and prototype complex scroll interactions and animations.
• Maintain a high bar for typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Partner with developers to ensure your creative vision is technically feasible and perfectly executed.

• Requirements
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skills
• Expert-level Figma skills (Advanced prototyping is a must).
• Experience designing for high-end brands or industry leaders.
• Ability to communicate complex design decisions clearly in English.
