At Next Engineering, we don't wait for the future.We build it.We believe that innovation comes through knowledge and that every project is an opportunity to push boundaries.We also believe that the next step is yours.Be ourNEXT Senior UX/UI Designer:Mininum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;Strong experience creating and managing complex design systems;Strong skillsinFigma, UX and UI design for web applications;Ability to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences;Understandingof information architecture, interaction design principles, and frontend technologies;Experience with enterprise or B2B applications is valued;Fluency in English (mandatory);Availability to travel occasionally to Lisbon for meetings or workshops.ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs;Maintainand evolve design documentation and component libraries;Contribute tothe development and maintenance of the design system;Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to refine user flows;Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across applications;Provide clear, organized design handoffs to development teams;Participate in discussions to align design decisions with business need.Want to work remotely?Don't wait either.Join NextSend your CV to
