Tangível is hiring Senior UX Designers to work in- scale, complex digital product environments with international impact.We’re looking for professionals with strong UX foundations, maturity in- making, and comfort working in demanding,- level contexts.This is a senior role with real responsibility and influence.What you’ll doConduct user research and translate insights into solid design decisionsDesign user journeys, workflows, and- fidelity prototypesWork closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholdersActively contribute in Agile / Scrum environmentsCommunicate design rationale clearly through storytelling and presentationsEnsure consistency, quality, and usability across- scale productsWhat we’re looking for (must-have)5+ years of experience in UX / Product DesignProven experience in complex product or corporate environmentsStrong ability to explain and defend design decisionsHigh attention to detail, from research to specificationsAdvanced/fluent English (spoken and written)Availability for a hybrid model (3 days/week- site)Updated portfolio showing process, reasoning, and impact (not just UI)Nice to haveExperience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or SketchBackground in desktop software designStrong analytical skills combined with creative thinkingAbility to work across multiple teams and initiativesSolid experience working in Scrum / Agile teamsWhat to expectChallenging,- impact digital productsMature, multidisciplinary teamsA demanding but transparent recruitment processA context where UX is taken seriouslyIf this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d like to hear from you.
