We're Hiring: UX/UI Designer with Front-End Development Skills (Mendix Environment)

Hybrid – Lisbon (1 day onsite per week, flexible)

We're looking for a
skilled UX/UI Designer
with hands-on
front-end development expertise
to join our delivery streams and help design and implement modern, accessible user interfaces for
web and mobile applications
.

This role focuses primarily on
UX/UI design
, but also requires
practical development skills
to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Design
  • high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • for web and mobile apps
  • Implement
  • UI components and layouts using CSS/SCSS and JavaScript
  • Apply
  • digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • throughout design and development
  • Work closely with
  • cross-functional teams in Mendix-based environments
  • Align UX/UI deliverables with
  • Mendix architecture and styling frameworks
  • Provide
  • transparent progress updates and risk escalation
  • to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with
  • global and multicultural teams

Key Requirements

  • Mid-Level English proficiency
  • Mid-Level UX/UI Design experience
  • Mid-Level Front-End/UI Development (CSS/SCSS, JavaScript)
  • Mid-Level Figma skills
  • Junior Level Accessibility knowledge (Must-have)
  • Mid-Level Collaboration & Delivery mindset (Must-have)
  • Junior Level Mendix experience (Must-have)
