Product Designer (Freelance) — B2B Platforms

At Shakers, we’re partnering with a global leader in luxury fashion technology, to find a Mid-Level Product Designer to join a cross-functional product team working on internal B2B platforms and back-office tools used daily by operational teams and external partners worldwide.
This is a hands-on product role focused on solving complex workflow challenges and designing scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-moving, international environment.
- What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
- Translate business and user needs into clear, efficient B2B experiences.
- Design complex user flows, including edge cases, states, and business logic.
- Participate in discovery activities (research, interviews, usability testing, validation).
- Deliver end-to-end design work — from wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency through design systems.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor product impact and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer in digital product teams.
- Background designing B2B products, internal tools, or complex platforms.
- Strong UX/UI craft with attention to structure, clarity, and execution quality.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Ability to explain design decisions using data, research, and business context.
- Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional squads (Product + Engineering).
- Autonomous mindset with strong ownership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools).
- Professional English required (Portuguese is a plus).
