ThinkSeb is a high-end design studio working with a select handful of global clients on meaningful, deeply considered work across graphic design, brand design, web design, product design, and motion design.

This role is for someone who is diligent, committed, creatively strong, and comfortable both working independently and collaborating with a small, high-performing team. You should be someone who values thoughtful design, can take ownership of your craft, and wants to grow with a studio over the long term.

We are especially interested in designers who bring a refined visual eye, strong UX thinking, excellent interface design skills, and a genuine care for producing digital experiences at a very high standard.

• Requirements
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 4 years of professional design experience
• Figma as a primary design tool
• Strong experience in UI design, UX thinking, wireframing, and product flows
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
• A portfolio that demonstrates refined taste and high-quality digital product work
• Ability to work independently with confidence and ownership
• Comfortable collaborating within a small, high-performing team
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of craft
• Reliable, diligent, and committed to long-term growth
• A design style and creative sensibility that feels aligned with ThinkSeb
