About The Role

We are looking for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER with strong expertise in React and TypeScript, who will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for a leading life sciences company. The ideal candidate will also contribute to architectural decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and support new feature implementations. DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a plus.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions for new feature implementations.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in frontend development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

• Required Qualifications
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• +5 years to +10 years of experience in frontend development with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Solid foundation in computer science concepts (algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, databases, and virtualization).
• Experience in software documentation and solution organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Nice to Have
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

• Hybrid: 70% remote, 30% on-site.
• Location: Lisbon.
