We’re Hiring: Senior Web Developer (Remote - Europe)

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Web Developer to join us in building and managing a variety of exciting web-based projects, from online shops to websites and digital platforms. You’ll play a key role not only in development, but also in shaping strategy, leading future team members, and driving real impact.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for design, marketing, and online growth strategies.

• What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain modern websites and online shops (WooCommerce experience is a plus)
• Lead projects and eventually build your own small team of developers and designers
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
• Plan and implement marketing and growth strategies (SEO, ads, funnels)
• Use analytics to optimize shop performance and user experience
• Contribute to digital platform development when needed

• What We’re Looking For
• 80–100% availability
• Fluent in English and German
• Team leadership experience
• A strong portfolio of websites and e-commerce projects
• Experience with WooCommerce, SEO, ads, and analytics tools
• Design-savvy and comfortable working with UX/UI
• Strategic thinking and hands-on execution in equal measure
