Junior Front-End Web Developer (Full-time; Lisboa; Hybrid)

Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic startup delivering high-value energy efficiency services through advanced data analytics in the energy sector? We’re looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer to work in a full-time basis (hybrid remote/presencial model).

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain features for existing and new projects.
• Write and maintain technical specifications based on functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the code.

• Technical skills:
• Experience developing static web pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience developing web apps with React and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience using HTTP clients to interact with JSON-based REST Web APIs.
• Experience with Git and Linux environments.

• Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (preferred), or equivalent.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Willingness to learn new concepts, technologies and to collaborate with other team members.

• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks like Laravel, Spring MVC).
• Understanding of Micro-services architecture.
• Experience with data science, machine-learning and AI.
• Experience in database design and data modeling (ER Diagrams).
• Experience in querying and storing data in SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience in developing, documenting and testing JSON-based REST Web APIs (FastAPI, Pydantic, Express.js).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
