We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our PHP Backend Development Team.

???? Key Responsibilities:

✨ Act as Tech Lead for a PHP Backend Development Team on Product Development and Maintenance activities.

✨ Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, GraphQL and MSSQL DB Design and Model.

✨ Implement GraphQL for efficient data querying and manipulation.

✨ Create well-structured, testable, and efficient code.

✨ Create high-quality, maintainable code with good Automated Code Coverage using PHPUnit.

✨ Work closely with Product Owners, QA, SME and other Developers.

✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevOps practices in the Development lifecycle.

✨ Use Jira and GitLab for streamlined Project tracking, version control, and collaboration.

✨ Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.

???? Key Skills:

Technical Expertise:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, GraphQL, and SQL.

✅ Proficient in Database Modeling and Design (Microsoft SQL Server).

✅ Experience with Automated Unit Testing using PHP Unit.

✅ Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

✅ Skilled in Jira, GitLab; familiarity with SonarQube is a plus.

✅ Proficient in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset.

✅ Passionate about optimizing development workflows with the latest AI technologies.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and clear, fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
