Job Role as Junior Developer Low-Code:
As a Junior Developer Low-code, you’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team building and maintaining smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program — the largest IT initiative at ISS. Here you’ll help design, develop, and support applications that improve how buildings are managed and experienced across all ISS countries.
You’ll receive comprehensive training across all our capabilities — from understanding the business context and technical landscape, to testing, ensuring quality deliveries, and resolving production issues. This equips you with deep, end-to-end insight into how our products work and is operated.

- What will you do:
- Collaborate with team members in a SAFe environment, participating in all phases of the process,including definition, design, coding, testing, deployment.
- Design and develop solutions in IBM TRIRIGA using built-in tools, Java and SQL.
- Support and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously learn and apply best practices.
What makes you fit:
- Must-have skills:
- Completed academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience with software development.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with Java and/or SQL.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Enjoys going deep into details to understand how things work.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and asking questions.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn.
- Nice have skills:
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Experience with Low-code.
- Experience in facilities management software (e.g., IBM TRIRIGA).
- TRIRIGA Developer Certifications.
- Understanding of APIs or web technologies.
