Asenium is looking for Senior and Lead Java Backend Developers to join a dynamic project in Lisbon.

  • Required Qualifications (Senior and Lead roles):
  • Proven experience in Java (≥ version 8) backend development:
  • 5+ years for Senior roles
  • 8+ years for Lead roles
  • Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)
  • Good understanding of JPA and Hibernate
  • Solid grasp of application architecture principles – especially Microservices and hexagonal architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
  • English proficiency (minimum B2) – required for team communication
