Senior Front-End Developer

• MUST only be based in Portugal
• Lead the development of world-class, scalable, and flexible front-end components.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and leading solution design.
• Drive improvements in our software, environment, and processes based on industry trends.
• Construct and maintain design documents and technical documentation to ensure code reusability.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end and component development.
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/Modern TypeScript/React with Next.js, Testing Libraries, REST Services, Storybook, Shadcn (RadixUI), and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1, AA) and CI/CD (GitLab CI).
• Proven ability to build high-traffic, production-ready applications with a strong sense of ownership.
