Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking two experienced DevOps/Fullstack Developers to join our dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS, with proficient hands-on experience in CI/CD, Datadog, and observability practices. A proactive and independent approach to analyzing existing services and implementing configuration changes is crucial. Ideal candidates are fast learners who exhibit a strong sense of ownership, allowing them to provide mentoring and uplift the team's overall observability maturity.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Accelerate migration to Datadog, focusing on alarms and dashboards.
- Analyze existing services and make configuration changes independently.
- Ensure compliance with environment policies and alignment with service rulebooks.
- Contribute to end-to-end testing efforts.
- Provide mentoring to improve team knowledge and practices in observability.
- Support the team in maintaining a stable foundation for technical availability.
- Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Work collaboratively to enhance the availability roadmap.
- Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a DevOps/Fullstack Developer.
- Proficiency in Java, React, and AWS.
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Datadog and observability.
- Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Ability to work independently in analyzing and improving services.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Argo Rollout.
- Familiarity with service monitoring and alerting methodologies.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
