  • What we’re looking for:
  • 6+ years of professional JavaScript experience, leading by example with strong technical depth.
  • Proven expertise with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or AWS).
  • Strong backend knowledge in Node.js with both JavaScript & TypeScript.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices at scale.
  • Familiarity with React or Next.js to support fullstack development.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
  • Strong track record of mentorship, peer reviews, and code quality.
  • A mindset of continuous learning, performance optimization, and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher preferred).
