FIX Gateway Developer / Engineer

We are looking for a FIX Gateway Developer / Engineer to join a team responsible for the development, integration, and operation of FIX-based trading gateways in a high-performance and low-latency environment.
This role focuses on FIX protocol integration, backend development, and operational support, working closely with trading, infrastructure, and integration teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain FIX Gateways (FIX 4.x)
- Implement and support FIX protocol integrations with internal and external systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity, messaging, and performance issues
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational support
- Ensure gateway stability, availability, and performance
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
- Work closely with infrastructure and middleware teams
- Contribute to documentation and operational procedures
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with FIX Protocol (FIX 4.x)
- Experience with Java development
- Solid experience working on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Strong Shell scripting skills
- Experience with IBM MQ
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Language Skills
- English – B2
