???? About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join our growing engineering organization. In this role, you will shape our frontend architecture, elevate engineering quality, and mentor developers while collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams.

- ???? What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement scalable, performant, and accessible frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code as part of a cross‑functional engineering team
- Deeply understand and own the frontend codebase and design patterns
- Lead code reviews with a strong eye toward architecture and maintainability
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams to deliver intuitive interfaces for a global audience
- Mentor and coach engineers through guidance, demos, and knowledge sharing
- Champion the design system and ensure consistent UI across products
- Implement and advocate for accessibility (WCAG) and security best practices
- Drive technical decision‑making and evaluate architectural trade-offs
- Work with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving both code and infrastructure
- Shape long-term technical vision and continuous improvement initiatives
???? Qualifications
- Required
- 10+ years of experience in web UI development, including strong Angular expertise
- Deep knowledge of modern frameworks and tooling (Angular, React, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and security
- Experience with cloud‑based SaaS environments and containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with various frontend architectures, such as micro-frontends and SPAs
- Strong background with design systems and component-driven development
- Experience building multi‑language interfaces for global users
- Proven ability to influence best practices and lead cross-team technical decisions
- Track record of solving complex technical problems independently
- Agile development experience
- At least 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity (team lead, project lead, mentorship)
