We are expanding our international development team and are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to drive the technical development of our web solutions built around HubSpot CRM.
In this role, you will take technical ownership of our CRM web development initiatives while playing a key part in building and strengthening our growing team in Portugal. Although the position does not initially include direct disciplinary responsibility, it offers significant influence through technical leadership, collaboration, and the establishment of strong development standards and structures.
Beyond hands-on development, this role provides a long-term opportunity to step into broader technical leadership responsibilities and actively shape the continued growth and success of our development team in Portugal.
Location: Portugal
Work model: Hybrid (at least one day per week in the office)
- Your responsibilities as a Senior Fullstack Developer CRM (m/f/d):
- Act as technical lead for our web development initiatives within the HubSpot CRM environment
- Design, architect and implement scalable web solutions based on Node.js, JavaScript and modern frontend technologies
- Develop and enhance HubSpot templates, custom modules, integrations and APIs
- Define and maintain technical standards, code quality and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Consulting, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and structure to the development team in Portugal
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and a strong team culture within the Portugal setup
- Support the further development of the Portugal location from a technical perspective
- What you need to succeed as a Senior Fullstack Developer CRM (m/f/d) at Thorit:
- Several years of experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer
- Strong expertise in Node.js, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, and REST APIs
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Nice to have: Experience with HubL or other HubSpot specific development technologies
- Solid architectural understanding and proven ability to structure complex web projects
- Experience collaborating in distributed or international teams
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and provide technical guidance
- High quality standards combined with a structured, self-driven way of working
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Native-level Portuguese
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German is a plus, but not required
