Job Title: Senior Framer Developer / Digital Experience Builder

Work model: Full-time, Hybrid (2x office per week)

About the Role

We are supporting the relaunch of a mission-driven media platform focused on environmental storytelling and global community engagement.

The goal is to build a premium digital experience that combines cinematic storytelling with seamless video streaming - creating an experience far beyond traditional websites.

You will play a key role in designing and building the front-end experience, working closely with the OTT platform engineer responsible for the streaming infrastructure.

• Responsibilities
• Design and build a high-end website using Framer;
• Translate storytelling and brand into an engaging digital experience;
• Create modern UX and interactive content experiences;
• Integrate the website with the OTT streaming platform;
• Ensure a seamless journey between storytelling content and streaming media;
• Optimize performance and usability across devices;
• Collaborate closely with the platform engineering team.

• Requirements
• Strong experience building websites using Framer;
• Strong understanding of UX, storytelling, and digital experiences;
• Experience delivering high-quality, brand-driven websites;
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles;
• Ability to create visually compelling and engaging interfaces;
• English required; French or Dutch is a plus.

• Nice to Have
• Experience integrating video or streaming platforms;
• Experience with Webflow or similar visual development tools;
• Experience working with media platforms or storytelling-driven brands.
