About the opportunity

We are looking for a technical and versatile profile to lead the implementation of automation, web/fullstack development, and AI tool integration across different areas of the company.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong technical execution. We are looking for a person who does not stop at the idea stage: someone who designs, develops, integrates, tests, measures, and optimises.

The objective is simple: to use technology to increase efficiency, improve the digital experience, accelerate internal processes, and generate real business impact.

Role mission

To build and integrate the company’s digital ecosystem, connecting marketing, sales, operations, and AI through automation, development, and scalable systems.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing automation and sales automation flows.
  • Develop and maintain fullstack solutions connected to websites, landing pages, internal tools, and integrations.
  • Integrate CRM, forms, email platforms, analytics, databases, and external APIs.
  • Create AI and LLM workflows to support internal teams, productivity, qualification, support, and analysis.
  • Connect different tools within the company’s digital stack and ensure data consistency.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
  • Identify manual tasks and turn them into automated processes.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, management, and product teams to transform operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the implemented solutions.
  • Profile we are looking for
  • * Proven experience in marketing automation, process automation, or CRM operations.
  • Experience in fullstack development.
  • Practical knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and SaaS tools.
  • Experience with generative AI tools, agents, LLM integrations, or AI-assisted automations.
  • Strong ability to organise data, process logic, and functional architecture.
  • Autonomous, pragmatic, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical areas.
  • Ability to prioritise, execute quickly, and maintain quality.

  • JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js / React / Next.js
  • Python
  • REST APIs / Webhooks / JSON
  • HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation
  • n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent tools
  • SQL / databases
  • Google Analytics / GTM / tracking / dashboards
  • OpenAI APIs or other AI integrations
  • CMS / e-commerce / landing pages / CRO
  • Git, version control, and development best practices
